We developed a custom kraft structural packaging solution that would handle a direct to consumer shipping model that balanced sustainability and protection. Designed from recyclable kraft board, the packaging was engineered to securely house Bloom while minimising material waste. Through prototyping and testing, we refined a design that provided optimal strength, used no glues or staples and ensured a seamless and straight forward transition from packaging to product setup. The result aligned with the brand’s commitment to sustainability while reinforcing the premium feel of the product.
